SELECTMEN'S MEETING MINUTES

Correction to October 4, 2007 meeting.

            The Minutes should read:

Paula Fitzpatrick was in to talk to the Board of Selectmen about a culvert that she had put in on her property that abuts Butterfield Hill Road and had been taken out. Paula explained that Bob Burke (logger) had spoken to Gary Hudson (Road Agent) and was given a permit for this temporary culvert. Paula informed the Selectmen that it had been taken out and neither Paula or Bob Burke was notified and they’re not sure who is responsible. Paula feels that she paid to have the culvert put in on her property that it shouldn’t have been removed and would like it replaced or she would like to be reimbursed for culvert and labor. David Putnam said that he would contact Gary first thing in the morning try to get some answer and would get back with her.
