Planning Commission –
Russ reported that he received the high-resolution file from
SWRPC.
In reviewing the map, certain subdivisions indicated the
correct property lines, but the lot numbers were not
indicated correctly. SWRPC was updating the map and will send the file
again. A second map is being created
with the urban and rural zones.
Paula asked if Conservation Commission members would receive
copies of the maps to put on their computers. Russ said that CDs would be distributed to
members and that the maps would be posted on the Conservation Commission page
of the town web site.

Dick reported that the training sessions have been very informative
and will be beneficial to the commission. Flyers for the second forum being
held on Tuesday, November 18th were handed out at the Town Hall on Election Day
and were mailed to Westmoreland households. There will be a forum planning
meeting on November 11th at the Town Hall.
(Exact time has not yet been decided.)

Russ passed out a draft recommendation for an ordinance

Dick discussed what had transpired since a letter was sent
to the Town Selectmen. The Selectmen have asked the commission to set up an
