Minutes
Present:
Lauren Bressett, Bruce Smith, Laurie Burt, Bob Harkey and Russ Kotfila.
Absent: Nancy Zeller and Jim Starkey. Alternates:
None

Call to order:
Lauren Bressett called the meeting to order at
Minutes from
Laurie Burt moved to accept
the minutes as amended. Bruce Smith
seconded, motion carried unanimously.
New Business: Richard Paul hearing for lot line
adjustment. Lauren Bressett
noted that there was a quorum and the hearing would proceed. Lauren Bressett
asked for a motion to accept the application as complete. Bob Harkey moved to
accept the application as complete and Laurie Burt seconded. All members voted in favor. The Board reviewed the plot plan and
supporting documents. Lauren Bressett asked for a motion to approve the Lot Line
Adjustment as submitted. Bob Harkey moved to accept and Bruce Smith seconded. All board members voted in favor.
Lauren Bressett
welcomed Russ Kotfila to the Planning Board as the
new Representative for the Selectman.
Mr. Kotfila
stated that he has no Selectman’s update for the Board. He had questions pertaining to the 911
changes specific to shared driveways needing road names.
Laurie Burt nominated Lauren Bressett as Planning Board Chairman. Bruce Smith seconded the nomination. All
voted in favor.
Bruce Smith nominated Laurie
Burt at Planning Board Vice-Chairman. Bob Harkey seconded
the nomination. All voted in favor.
Old Business: Continued ordinance review, started with 439.
Ended with 443.
