Minutes of
Present: Lauren Bressett, Robert Harcke, Bruce Smith, Jim Starkey, Laurie Burt, Nancy Zeller and Alternate Walter Derjue. Absent: Wesley Staples.
Chair Lauren Bressett called the meeting to order at
There was a brief discussion regarding a letter PSNH wrote in reference to easements on properties. PANH would like to review site plans if it includes an easement. Bob Harcke reviewed our ordinances and said that they do include having PSNH review easement properties.
Jim Starkey made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Seconded by Nancy Zeller. All in favor, minutes accepted.
Monadnock Conservancy has received a grant and would like to include Westmoreland in grant. Jim wanted a brief overview regarding the grant. Monadnock Conservancy works toward protection of lands. Bob Harcke explained that they look at what needs to be protected, such as agricultural and forest lands, and works toward making thoughtful decisions that are best for the towns. Some of their endeavors are Land Trusts, monitoring boundaries, and giving technical advice to towns. They would like to have Boards and Towns become involved. Lauren Bressett stated she would like someone to serve on the Conservation Committee. Bob Harcke would be willing to sit on the board with the conservation. He will need to check on the meeting times.

Board needs ordinances all updated and copies for each member. (all ordinances).
101, 102, and 103 are ok.

1. What is a silo? Height restrictions, is it a building ( answer not clarified.

(RSA 672:a answers this question. Specific exemption of height definition.
