Minutes

March 10, 2009

Present: Lauren Bressett, Bruce Smith, Jim Starkey, Nancy Zeller, Russ Austin.

Absent: Laurie Burt, Bob Harke.

Public: Matt Phillips, Richard Paul

Call to order: Bressett called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Alternates: None

Minutes from Feb. 10, 2009: Jim Starkey moved to accept the minutes as written. Bruce Smith seconded, motion carried unanimously.

New Business: Matt Phillips, representing Lift All was in to gather information regarding the possible addition of a second building on their property.

Richard Paul was in to request a hearing in April for the purpose of a Lot Line Adjustment for property located on Spofford Rd., Tax Map R4, lots 26 and 27.

The Board received and reviewed the letter from Atty. Rebecca Todd.

The Board received and reviewed the letter from Pam Martens.

Russ Austin brought the Board up-to-date on the non-compliance issue on Daggett Hill Rd.

Meeting adjourned at 9:20 PM.
