Minutes
Present: Laurie Burt, Bob Harcke, Bruce Smith, Russ Kotfila,
Jim Ranson, Nancy Zeller, Lauren Bressett .
Excused absence: Jim Starkey
Public: Marshall Patmos, representing the
Conservation Commission.
Meeting called to order at 7:

NEW BUSINESS: None
Lauren Bressett
reminded the Board that the Select Board invited Planning Board members to the
September 17th meeting.
Marshall Patmos provided the Board with a
copy of the Wetlands Checklist that the Conservation Commission designed to aid
the Zoning Administrator and Building Inspector deal with new construction and
other activities that may involve wetlands.
Use of the checklist will help assure that site development does not
occur in land areas restricted by town, state and federal rules.
SELECTBOARD REPORT:
Russ Kotfila
reported that there was no business to report on.
OLD BUSINESS: Wilkes subdivision final documentation received. Awaiting recording information from Mr. Wilkes.
Lauren Bressett
provided copies of the proposed amendments to the current ordinances and
definitions. Board members instructed to
review, on own, and be prepared to discuss and make necessary adjustments at
the October meeting.
Regarding Curtis Meads
approved Variance of Article V, Section 501A and approved Special Exception at
the August 26, 2009 Hearing. The Westmoreland
Site Plan Regulations require that Mr. Mead come before the Planning Board for
a pre-application review or Site Plan Review.
Site Plan Regulations and application will be mailed to Mr. Mead.
