Westmoreland Planning Board

February 10, 2009

PRESENT: Lauren Bressett, Jim Starkey, Nancy Zeller, Laurie Burt, Bob Harcke, Bruce Smith,

Russ Austin.

Chair Lauren Bressett called the meeting to order at 7:35 PM.

MINUTES: The Board reviewed the minutes of January 13, 2009. Jim Starkey moved to accept the minutes as amended. Seconded by Laurie Burt. All voted in favor.

Amendments to 1/13/09 minutes:

NEW BUSINESS:

The Board received and reviewed the letter from Pam Martens.

The Board received and reviewed the letter and plans from the Dept. of Environmental Services regarding the Cersosimo property.

SELECTMANS UPDATE:

Russ Austin discussed an issue of Non-compliance on Daggett Hill Rd.

Lauren Bressett brought to the attention of the Board changes to the Workforce Housing law.

OLD BUSINESS:

Continued review of Ordinances- ended at 438.

Meeting adjourned at 9:09 PM.
