WESTMORELAND SELECTMEN’S MINUTES

Wesley staples called the meeting to order at
PUBLIC BUSINESS:
Elaine Moore, mapping - cancelled
Tom Simmons, owner of Celtic House on Rte. 12, informed the selectmen that
there would be a Celtoberfest on October 14. Events
will take place outdoors from
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE:
Wesley Staples approved the Accounts Payable Manifest in the amount of $5122.78
Seconded by David Putnam. All in favor so voted.
SELECTMEN'S MEETING MINUTES of

NEW BUSINESS:
In regard to the Municipal Corporate Authorization Resolution, selectmen
approved request for
Joanne LeBarre to view the Westmoreland town account
on line.
State of
Attorney Bradley letter re: Timothy Hatt and Cynthia Hatt vs. Town of
Letter and accompanying site map to be sent to surveyor Wayne McCutcheon.
NH Dept of Transportation re: Driveway Permit
Planning
Board Rules of Procedure - tabled
Wesley Staples named Interim Zoning Administrator Bob Moore to position of
Zoning Administrator. The motion was seconded by David Putnam. All in favor so
voted.
OLD BUSINESS:
Updated cost was approved for the printing of The History of Westmoreland. Wes
Staples made the motion to send the book to go the printer, seconded by
Marjorie Merena. All in favor so voted.
LETTERS TO BE SIGNED:
MS – 1 - tabled
Letter to Bruce Smith accepting his resignation as Zoning Administrator. The selectmen thanked him for his service to the community.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 PM.
