Planning Board
The regular
meeting of the Planning Board convened at 7:30 p.m. on
Present: Lauren Bressett, Laurie Burt, Jim Starkey, Walter Derjue, Robert Harke, Russ Austin, Nancy Zeller
Absent: Bruce Smith
Lauren Called meeting to order. Lauren read the minutes, corrections to be made to July minutes. To included the correct spelling of Pam Wallis and Martens. Paragraph 5 correction “Pam Wallis indicated she had done a Site visit with Mr. Andrew Gefford of SUV, has been shown the area with 50 foot buffer. Paragraph 6 add line Mike Cersosimo did find it in earlier deed. Paragraph 8 rather to whether, last line. Paragraph 12 zoning board changed to planning board, Paragraph 13 Lauren Martin should be Lauren Bressett, Paragraph 15 add commission after conservation. Minutes read corrections noted to be fixed.. Motion made by Jim to accept the minutes after all corrections made, Russ seconded. Minutes accepted.
Laurie Burt moved to go into non public session under RSA 91-A:3 II e, in reference to a personal matter.
Motion made
to advertise Secretary Clerk position of Planning Board, jointly with Zoning if
Zoning aggress, Laurie made motion, Jim seconded all agreed. Jim made a Motion
to come out of non public session,

Jim made a motion to come out of non public session Laurie seconded. All agreed, no action taken. Jim made a motion to accept Cersosimo extension. Russ seconded all agreed.
Andy Russell application, Laurie Bressett and Walter Derjue recused themselves as abutters. Laurie Burt Vice Chair served as Chairman. This is a 2 lot subdivision, R10 Lot 16. minor subdivision checklist reviewed. Question about intermittent waterways not shown on map. #9 Waived perk test – sufficient acreage. # 10 Waived, #11 waived state septic approval, # 12 waived driveway permit, # 13 waived other state and federal permits, #14 waived deed easements, #15 waived public easements.
Application accepted as complete. Walter Derjue & June Derjue comments in reference to runoff and driveway concerns of steepness and runoff. Concern of springs on Derjue land (50’from property line). George Duke comments in reference to erosion should this be submitted to conservation commission.. The Russell’s pointed out that they are just subdividing not proposing development. Russ made a motion to accept the Subdivision Jim seconded. All accepted.

Currently held by Berkavits Holding. Check list gone
through, Driveway application accepted by town. Motion to waive sidewalks made
by Laurie, seconded by Jim all approved. Septic approval contingent upon
checklist approval. Will have downward facing lighting, sign on building,
consider buffering. No discussion. Jim motion to accept application as complete
Other Business: Russ Martens – representing the conservation commission rescinded the letter of approval from the Conservation Commission. Letter to be part of record.
Walter is retiring from all board, Walter will send letter.
