Chairperson, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for having the
informational hearing that was held on Tuesday, July 7th at our Town

many of our residents at the meeting that only a unisex restroom would exist

After calling the DRA on a
different matter, Russ A. was told that Westmoreland would not be getting any
shared revenue this year from the State. In the recently passed State Budget,
shared revenue to towns and cities was eliminated. In 2008, the Town received
nearly $18,000 and had expected approximately $17,000 in 2009. So, our expected
income will be reduced by $17,000.
Russell K. moved to adjourn
