WESTMORELAND ZONING BOARD MINUTES

Present:  Peter Remy-Chair, Barry Shonbeck, John Burt, Brenda Shelley, Brian Merry, and Russell Huntley.  Absent:  April Ferguson.

 

Chairman Peter Remy called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m., indicating this meeting is a continuance of the April 10, 2007 meeting which was continued as the Board needed to gather more information regarding Broadridge LLC request for a special exception.

 

Mr. Huntley is requesting a special exception for Broadridge LLC to allow for one shared driveway for two lots.  This is on Hurricane Road, which is a class five road.   The special exception is in reference to Section 414 of the Westmoreland Zoning Ordinance.

 

After discussion and reviewing all criteria for a special exception, Brian Merry moved to approve the Special Exception for Broadridge LLC.  Seconded by Barry Shonbeck.  All in favor, so voted.

 

After the vote for Broadridge LLC, Russell Huntley resumed his position on the Zoning Board.  Discussion followed regarding a State owned bridge on Hartwell Mill Road. 

 

A motion was made by Russell Huntley to adjourn the meeting.  Seconded by Barry Shonbeck.  All in favor.  Chairman Peter Remy adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
