Chairman Peter Remy called the meeting to order at

Matthews Jr., requests a Variance of Article V, Section 501B, Table 504
(Minimum lot size) of the Westmoreland Zoning Ordinance. The Matthews wish to build a single family
house on
Broadridge Investments
request a Variance of Article IV, Section 401 and 401 to place a driveway on
Regarding the placement of the driveway, Brian Merry moved to deny the request for a driveway as it was contrary to the Zoning Ordinance. Seconded by Barry Shonbeck. All in favor. Request Denied.
With no further business John Burt moved to adjourn the
meeting. Seconded by Brian Merry. All in favor.
