Westmoreland Zoning Board Meeting

Cersosimo Rehearing

March 4, 2010

Meeting called to order at 7:30 by Chair Peter Remy.  Other board members present: John Burt, Brian Merry, Barry Shonbeck.

Chair Remy noted that all notices were sent regarding the rehearing which was originally set for Feb 24, then postponed due to the snowstorm electrical outages. This meeting is for a rehearing of the Cersosimo decision. Chair Remy announced that the board does not have a full representation and asked the parties their preference regarding full board representation. Jeff Morse representing Cersosimo requested a full board representation. Maria Gavin, representing Town Counsel suggested to the board that the format to follow regarding this request would be a formal motion. John Burt made a motion to continue the rehearing to March 25, 7:30 PM at the Town Hall, seconded by Barry Shonbeck, all in favor.  Meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm
